Three Fridays in January from 5:30-6:30pm
In this three-session course (each session is one hour long) you’ll build on what you learned in the Beginner Crochet class or Crochet Newbies course you’ve previously taken. It is geared towards new crocheters who can make a slip knot, chain, and make single crochets, double crochets, and half-double crochets independently, and who are ready to build on this foundation. We will not review the basics (slip knot, chain, sc, dc, hdc) so please be sure you know how to do these things before signing up. As well, if you are very comfortably crochet beyond the basics already, this class is not for you. Consider one of our project-/technique-based classes that we plan to also have at the shop targeting advanced beginner/intermediate crocheters.
In this Beyond Beginner Crochet Course you’ll learn how to follow simple patterns to make a small basket/project bag and granny squares.
Course fee of $100 includes 1 hank of 3mm cotton cord for the basket/project bag plus hook.
Teacher: Jocelyn Songco
