Our beginner crochet class… right-sized for kids! We think this class is best for kids around 10 to 16 years old. Please feel free to come by or call if you’d like to chat about whether or not this class is right for your child.

In your child’s first 45-minute Kids Beginner Crochet class we will cover the chain stitch and single crochet. In subsequent classes we’ll cover half double and double crochet and how to finish a project or sample swatch. In any/all the classes we can review past stitches and answer lots of questions. Class fee will include the cost of the class and materials, i.e., beginner-friendly, quality yarn and needles. (One skein of Kelbourne Woolens Germantown 100% wool and bamboo crochet hook.)

After their first class, your child may come to this beginner crochet class as often as desired. Subsequent classes are $20 for each class with no additional materials required.
