Knitting Newbies January Course

Three Saturdays in January from 12:30-1:30pm

In this three-session course (each session is one hour long) you’ll learn how to cast on, knit and purl, make garter, stockinette and rib stitch fabric, seam and bind off and in doing so make your choice of wrist warmers, a cowl or a set of stitch swatches.

Course fee of $100 includes one pair of wooden needles and 1 skein of machine-washable medium-weight wool.

During your course, you may shop with a 10% discount on full-price items (some limited items are excluded from this discount) on the dates your class meets.

Minimum 2 people to confirm the class, maximum of 4 students total. If we don’t reach the minimum of two students by 3 days before the date of the first class we’ll refund your purchase in full. If your child is interested in learning we welcome you to organize a group of 2-4 kids and talk to us about scheduling a class for your small group. The minimum recommended age for kids to start learning to knit or crochet is around 8 years old but this can vary by child.
