Yarn Farm loves Cal Patch!
If you’ve been wanting to learn how to sew, or just need a refresher to get back in the saddle again, this is the class for you. And if the word “zipper” intimidates you, you’ll see that’s they’re not difficult at all! Cal lead you through the basics of stitching on a machine, and make some simple (or more complex if you like) zipper pouches, which are infinitely useful and make fantastic gifts. Boxed corners, piecing fabrics, appliques, decorative trims and machine embroidery are all techniques we can play with, so bring a playful attitude and some colorful scraps and we’ll see what happens!
Skill level required: Beginner to Beginner Plus. No skills required, but if you have some skills, you can add some more advanced features to your project.
