Craft Without Pain: The Workshop

  • 21 W. Strand St. Kingston US (map)

Ready to put the ideas from Craft Without Pain into action?

Join Andrea Lui, PT, DPT—orthopedic physical therapist and author of Craft Without Pain—for a hands-on class designed to help you make the most of your new book.

We’ll start with an overview of each section of the book to help you understand how it all fits together.

Then, we’ll go through all the exercises step by step, so you can feel confident doing them on your own. Finally, we’ll work through the worksheets together to help you personalize your self-care plan and set up your crafting routine for comfort and success.

Come ready to move, stretch, and reflect—you’ll leave feeling more connected to your body and better equipped to craft without pain.

Requirements: Craft without Pain book.
